Your Website Always Needs Care
Website design is not the end of the process. To keep your website fast, secure, up to date, and running smoothly, it requires regular technical support.
At Digiweb, we monitor and manage your website’s technical condition, security, updates, backups, and performance, so you can focus on growing your business with peace of mind.

- Technical Issue Resolution
Why Does Your Website Need Regular Support?
After your website is designed and launched, it requires ongoing monitoring and maintenance to preserve its security, speed, and proper performance. Failing to update the website, create regular backups, or address technical issues can lead to slow performance, errors, downtime, or even data loss.
Maintaining Website Security
Regular updates, plugin monitoring, and proper security settings help protect your website against errors, vulnerabilities, and potential issues.
Preventing Errors and Disruptions
Minor technical issues can develop into more serious problems if they are not addressed promptly. Regular support helps identify and resolve these issues at an early stage.
Maintaining Speed and Performance
Website speed and performance directly affect user experience and trust. Regular checks help keep your website monitored and performing at its best.
Regular Backups
Having a backup of your website’s data allows important information to be restored if a problem occurs and helps prevent serious damage to your website.
Proper Website Updates
Plugins, themes, and the WordPress core must be updated properly to prevent compatibility issues, errors, or disruptions to your website’s appearance and functionality.
Your Peace of Mind
With technical support, you do not need to worry about your website’s technical details. You can focus on your business while we manage your website’s technical condition.

Special Terms for Long-Term Support
Ongoing support helps maintain your website’s structure, prevent potential issues, and ensure more consistent maintenance. The following special terms are available for long-term support:
What Does Technical Support and Troubleshooting Cover?
Technical support covers the investigation and resolution of issues related to the website’s existing sections and features, including:
- Page display issues
- Form functionality issues
- WordPress errors
- Issues occurring after updates
- User login issues
- Order placement issues
- Payment or checkout issues
- Incorrect display of website sections on mobile or desktop devices
At the beginning of our collaboration, the website is assessed and existing issues are prioritised according to their importance. Standard technical issues are then investigated and resolved gradually as part of the support service.
If the scale or complexity of an issue requires redesign, custom development, extensive troubleshooting, or the reconstruction of part of the website, it will be assessed as a separate project and its cost will be provided before any work begins.
Technical Support Without a Limit on the Number of Issues
The main purpose of monthly support is to ensure that tasks are completed promptly, reliably, and without causing disruption. Therefore, technical issues are not counted individually.
Requests are prioritised according to their importance, scope, and complexity. Services involving design, redesign, or the development of new features are not considered part of standard website troubleshooting.
Issues related to the website’s existing features are covered by technical support; however, development and redesign are treated as separate services.
Terms for Starting the Support Service
Before support services begin, the website’s overall condition is assessed, including plugin and theme updates, security, and potential technical issues.
Website issues are documented and prioritised according to their importance. Standard issues are included in the support plan, while extensive problems requiring reconstruction, major development, or custom programming are handled separately.
Frequently Asked Questions About Website Support Services
If you cannot find the answer to your question in this section, you can contact us through the consultation form.
Which support plan is right for my website?
Choosing the right plan depends on the type of website, its activity level, the number of required updates, the volume of content and products, and the website’s importance in generating sales or attracting customers.
The Basic Plan is best suited to corporate websites with limited changes, the Standard Plan is suitable for active websites and small online stores, and the Professional Plan is ideal for frequently updated, revenue-generating e-commerce websites. Before the support service begins, your website will be assessed and the most suitable plan will be recommended.
Why is there no specified limit on the number of technical issues?
The main purpose of monthly support is to ensure that tasks are completed promptly, reliably, and without causing disruption. Therefore, technical issues are not counted individually.
Requests are prioritised and completed gradually according to their importance, scope, and complexity. Page redesign, the addition of new features, custom programming, and extensive modifications are not considered standard technical troubleshooting and will be quoted separately.
What does website technical support and troubleshooting cover?
This service covers the investigation and resolution of issues related to the website’s existing sections and features, including:
- Page display issues
- Form functionality issues
- Theme or plugin errors
- Issues occurring after updates
- User login issues
- Order placement or payment issues
- Incorrect website display on mobile or desktop devices
Extensive issues requiring redesign, reconstruction, or technical development will be handled as separate projects.
What is considered a visual or content edit?
A visual or content edit refers to a specific, limited modification to an existing section of the website, such as changing text or an image, replacing a banner, adjusting colours or spacing, making minor layout changes, editing an existing form, or correcting the website’s mobile display.
Designing a new page or section, extensively redesigning existing pages, or adding new functionality is not included in the plan’s monthly edits.
What does uploading ready-to-publish content mean?
Uploading ready-to-publish content means adding content supplied by the client to the website’s existing structure, such as:
- Article or news post
- Portfolio item
- Service description
- Project description
- Event or announcement
All required text, images, and information must be provided to DigiWeb in a complete, ready-to-publish format. Content creation, professional rewriting, graphic design, keyword research, and content management are charged separately.
What does adding a simple product mean?
A simple product is a product with a standard structure and ready-to-use information, including a title, description, price, image, category, and stock status.
Variable products with colours, sizes, multiple attributes, different prices, numerous images, or extensive information will be assessed and quoted separately according to the scope and complexity of the work.
What happens if my requests exceed the plan’s monthly allowance?
Visual and content edits, content uploads, and product entries exceeding the plan’s monthly allowance will be completed for an additional fee after assessment.
Before any work exceeding the plan’s allowance begins, the scope and cost will be provided to the client. Work will only begin after receiving approval. Any unused monthly allowance cannot be carried over to the following month.
Which services can be ordered separately?
The following services are not included in the plans’ monthly fees but may be ordered separately if required:
